My passion for creativity & crafts is well known. Believe me, they were my mental health during pandemic. Their benefits go far beyond what we expect: they ground us, calm the mind like an active meditation. Far from screens, we reconnect with ourselves. Crafts nurture patience and presence, spark creativity, and link us to traditions as old as humanity. Sometimes they become a hobby, sometimes a moment of self-care — what matters most is enjoying the process.
